Due to the transition of the Visalia city services contract, any payment arrangements made on the Cal Water site will only include payments for water services, not city services. Cal Water's Visalia District was formed in 1926 with the purchase of the Visalia Water Company. We proactively maintain and upgrade our facilities to ensure a reliable, high-quality supply.

Visalia

We meet the needs of our valued customers in Visalia and Goshen with groundwater produced by 72 local wells.

Mullen

We meet the needs of our valued Porterville-area customers with groundwater produced by one well.

Tulco

We meet the needs of our valued Tulare-area customers with groundwater that is produced by one local well.
